Skipped mac and cheese.. mashed potatoes and rolls today! Feeling sad.

I ate all that kind of food during the last week while family was visiting. My pants are so tight - I clearly gained about 4lbs.
So- if it makes you feel better, I'm sad I ate everything in sight- I didn't hold back on anything and was stuffed. Now I need to cut wayyy back for a month or so to make up for it.

Eye roll.

Except this is 100% right. To be this emotionally invested in one meal? Enough to post here? Not at all normal.

I am sorry but this is so condescending "I think if you want your current diet results to last, you're going to need to address this" As if you know anything about my diet, results or current weight. I don't diet but I don't eat large amounts of mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. I made healthier substitutes because it isn't one meal, it's about 6 days of meals since we have abundant leftovers which is why I did not cook those things.

I try to eat healthy for my general health. weight has been steady for the last decade (with the exception of my pregnancies), maybe going up or down 5 pounds. I'm a size 2 or 4, totally healthy BMI and average height.

I eat the faux stuff all year long. On Thanksgiving and Christmas I I make the real deal. No apologies.
