I don't diet but I don't eat large amounts of mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. I made healthier substitutes because it isn't one meal, it's about 6 days of meals since we have abundant leftovers which is why I did not cook those things. I try to eat healthy for my general health. weight has been steady for the last decade (with the exception of my pregnancies), maybe going up or down 5 pounds. I'm a size 2 or 4, totally healthy BMI and average height.[/quote]
