Dp Why just blame the wife? Her brother signed off on the name too! I personally think the two names are not the same. And no names should be off limits. I had a friend use a family name and the baby died but was upset with another family member who used the same name as a middle name. But, it was his father's name! I think it was unreasonable and you and the other pp are being unreasonable too.

They named the baby Bella Milagro, which means beautiful miracle. I can see why the OP is asking about Down Syndrome with the shape of the baby's eye and protruding tongue.

. Milagro is also Lauren’s middle name and I think her mother’s maiden name.

I loathe the Duggars. I have a physical reaction when their name comes up; I think they're terrible people and an awful influence on American culture.

I semi agree. I find the Duggars just like the Kardashians. Disgusting, trashy fame-whores, but with a heaping amount of sexism and abuse.

On one hand, speculating on an innocent newborn is a pretty jerk thing to do. On the other hand, the fame whore parents and family bring it on themselves.
