Here's a great thread outlining all of this by ProPublica. They show that Fruman and Parnas had dinner with Trump at the White House. Despite Trump denying today that he knew them.

Every single person in the Trump Administration is irredeemably corrupt. A bunch of them have focused on bribing and/or bullying government officials in Ukraine and the US State Department personnel there. He hasn’t been arrested yet because they expect to flip the dudes who have. They have some on Trump’s personal lawyer and fixer but with a flip they’ll have so much more.
