Oh just watch and see what happens next. I'm sure they'll be back on the streets soon enough with not even a slap on the wrist. The police and city have to at least put on a show until you turn your attention to something else. |
Ah, gotcha. You basically are just so anxious for the sequel that you can't even contain your enthusiasm. You so hyped up you can't help but prematurely eviscerate the city for the wave of moped drive by's about to transpire. |
Weird reflection on black culture you've written here. Do you think guns are apart of Black culture? Please explain |
I'm not actually. These kids will get off and do it again. Or do you think a 15 year old in DC doing a drive by is an anomaly? The only difference is the shiny new get away vehicle rather than a bike or car. |
I do think it's an anomaly. There's over 600 thousand DC residents, how many of them do you think are teenagers? Somewhere around 50 to 75 thousand probably? You seriously think there are 50 to 75 thousand teenagers out here doing drive by shootings? Me thinks your prejudice is perverting your perception. |
Do you even live in DC? And the denominator would be the incidents with guns, not the total number of teens in the city. Of the 119 deaths this year so far, half were of teens and children. DC is cagey about releasing the aggregate ages of perpetrators but I lived in DC long enough to know that this is not an anomaly. A teen with a gun is not an anomaly. Nor is shooting at people. |
Lol - what you getting all hype for? Dude just go to a CVS and refill that Prozac prescription you obviously been putting off. Seriously, it's time. If you lived here long enough like you say then you should know by now that not every teen in this city is a thug-in-training but seeing how you still stuck on stereotypes and seeing how you bout ready to pitch a fit cause (GASP!!) somebody on here doesn't share your bleak outlook on life it's obvious that you need to schedule an appointment with your therapist and get that refill. Take one and calm your skitterish behind down

It's not an anomaly for the people who live in or near Potomac Gardens, and the classmates of those kids, who are all going to have to return to living with/going to class with two teenage boys who think nothing of firing a gun into a random car. It's really ... privileged ... to just dismiss this kind of violence. |
They got arrested. I'm sure they getting arraigned sometime soon why don't you and your friends/family stage a protest outside the courthouse or go down to the mayor's office with a bullhorn and make your feelings be known. Arguing with me ain't gonna do shit. Take your grievance to the courts or to the council and get something done. To not do so would be... dare I say... dismissing that kind of violence. Touché |
So I'm supposed to just think "NPD" at kids randomly shooting into cars in my neighborhood. Gotcha. |
You can think whatever you want I’m not privy to your thoughts and damn thankful that I’m not. |
| There was a story this week in NYC where a guy intentionally ran over a cyclist who he thought was trying to steal his car. The guy had been arrested 40 times and was only 41 years old. I can’t even fathom the number of career criminals walking about nowadays. |
And I'm not glad that I'm privy to your thoughts, which apparently think that it's just fine that all the kids in Potomac Gardens have to be constantly exposed to the fear of being shot? I mean, WTF? you sound like you're TRYING to be super-woke, but you're failing miserably. There is nothing normal or OK about teenagers shooting into random cars. |
Clearly reading isnt your strong suit. Rather than explain to you what a denominator is, I'll just say this. The majority .. sorry. ..most of the kids in DC dont have to be criminals for it to be an issue. I won't address the rest of your rambling. It actually seems like you're the one in need of medication to write coherently. |
Its privilege, stupidity or complacency |
