I do think it's an anomaly.  There's over 600 thousand DC residents, how many of them do you think are teenagers?  Somewhere around 50 to 75 thousand probably? DC is cagey about releasing the aggregate ages of perpetrators but I lived in DC long enough to know that this is not an anomaly.  A teen with a gun is not an anomaly.  Nor is shooting at people. If you lived here long enough like you say then you should know by now that not every teen in this city is a thug-in-training but seeing how you still stuck on stereotypes and seeing how you bout ready to pitch a fit cause (GASP!!) somebody on here doesn't share your bleak outlook on life it's obvious that you need to schedule an appointment with your therapist and get that refill.
