Full or half eternity band

Full gets cruddy faster. Mine is half.

I was told to do half bc of the wear and tear to the under side.

Feel like that was a lie now that so many go with full...

Yes! That’s what we were told too!

I'm upgrading my wedding band for our anniversary.

It is going to be 3 sided pave diamonds but I have to decide between half or full diamonds

And also if it will be same width all the way around or graduated. My engagement ring band is 3 sided graduated pave stones

Just curious why you're doing a 3 sided band? You won't really see the bottom and top diamonds.

I agree that full is less comfortable.

I split the difference and got a 3/4.

Full only. 18k. I had no interest in spinning that thing around to be upright.

Half.

A full gets so dirty so fast. Just think about putting on lotion, etc... I hate full bands.

I bought full. I Gorman. Best there is. Diamond fell out and they replaced it. Just a. Brilliant ring.

^^^This. I’m surprised only one person said this.

Really glad I went with half, for many reasons. It was only $200, and like that I can easily spin it so it appears to just be a plain band. I don’t have an engagement ring so maybe that’s why it doesn’t bother me they it spins around on its own. No need to be matchy matchy with a “set”.

This. Come to think of it maybe I'll trade in for the full circle. I have channel set ones half way , ascher cut. I'm not particularly attached to the wedding band. It was just a check off the list thing when we put out wedding stuff together and I was more into spending money on the reception than anything else. Flowers, dress, all that shit was done pretty cheap so the ring felt like I should spend only for the half. But I like the look of all the way around. I have a sapphire skinny eternity ring I got traveling that I love too

I got half and regret it every time I see full.

+1 Same here. You can do a lot of damage to the stones with constant friction and scratching so they're more likely to break, scratch or fall out of the band. I have two half pave eternity bands.

Hard to break diamonds.
