| I have been doing IF and stopped eating carbs and sugar. I dropped 18 lbs in 3 months. Now I just do IF (very easy for me) to maintain, Iv been maintaining for 2months. I'm hopeful I can keep it up as my husband is diabetic and it is keeping his sugar down. |
| Easiest "diet" to keep with for ever. Since you did it for a month, by now you know that it is true that the hunger goes away and that your body is not weak without food even for 16-20 hours or more. OMAD is also super easy. Our bodies are literary meant for that kind of eating(and not for weight loss purposes) and it feels good. Surely by now, your body and mind is disgusted with the idea of constant eating? |
For me, long term mainenance means just fasting sometimes. I try to do one 24 hour fast per week, and skip breakfast. Lunches usually low carb. That’s it. Some days fasting just doesn’t seem to work and on those days I just eat. There is always another day to fast. It is super easy. |

16-8 comes very naturally to me. I'm not hungry at breakfast time so I don't miss it all and I've never been a late night snacker.
I do a 36 hour once a week fast and that is not quite as easy but I do it because it really helps to keep my weight loss going. |
