-- during a kid's sports practice

-- run to do an errand. For example, take my debit card so I can pay, run a couple of miles, ending at the dry cleaner, pick up cleaning, walk the one mile home.

I joined MommaStrong. It's amazing, and I love it. She has 5 minute videos that are great and then a Daily 15 workout, which is also great.

Commit to squeezing in 3-4 workouts a week. They don’t have to be long – 30-45 minutes a day is great. If you are honest with yourself, you have more time than you realize. Personally I think it is much easier to do this when you workout from home. I have a Peloton, and when I went back to work when my second son was 4 months, I committed to 3-4 workouts a week. I often did them at weird times – sometimes I would ask my husband to watch our boys for 30 minutes when I jumped on the bike after work and before bath time. Sometimes I got on in the morning before work if my son slept through the night. I would often ride at lunch time on my work from home day. I always aimed to workout twice on the weekends when my husband was around to watch the kids.
Now that its getting warmer outside, you can easily slip out for a 30 minute walk or run. Its really not hard to fit in just three workouts a week if you are honest with yourself.

If I want to go to the vending machine on the lower level of the office building at 3pm, then I force myself to take the stairs.

I have a treadmill and squeeze in a half mile walk every morning while I drink my breakfast shake. It’s just about 10 minutes. It’s better than nothing.

Same here, or take Metro (involves a 30 minute walk each way).

+2. One of the best parts of my day. It’s about 45 mins each way for me.
