Wealthy Chinese are buying upper-level properties in SF, NYC, Vancouver...not opening bagel shops in Del Ray.

Find a realtor that has sold a lot of homes in the area and proactively contact them. Ask to be contacted prior to the home being fixed up.

Or send letters to the homes you are interested in letting them know your interest.

No, not really. But the commies are worse. Why is that clenched red fist coming to a peaceful place like Del Ray? Perhaps they’d be more successful going someplace that has lots of angry people looking to fight.
