Resolution Check In

Anonymous
Back on Weight Watchers online and doing well. My resolution was to try new recipes and expand my repertoire of foods, less of a diet, more of a lifestyle.

I've lost 14 points, which is about half of my goal. And I definitely feel healthier and stronger than I did two months ago.

It's a week later. Down 17 pounds now. It's the lowest I've been since having kids (youngest is three). Still have a ways to go, but I feel better already and am getting better at listening to my body rather than just eating cause the food is there...

Anyone else want to check in?

I gave up alcohol for a month and have stuck to it. I never drank a lot but had gotten into a 1-2 drinks per day routine. I am sleeping better and haven’t missed it too much but I do plan to have a glass of wine or a beer on 2/1!

You are doing great!

I’m OP. I’m down another 3 pounds. My unhealthy cravings are gone, and although not perfect, things are going well. I had some wine Friday night, but gave up drinking at home.
