How many pairs of shoes does your toddler have?

At that age my kids had a pair sneakers, a pair of dress shoes, a pair of snow boots and a pair of rain boots sometimes. Oh we also had flip-flops/water shoes for the pool/ splash park/beach.

I have a boy and he has 3 pairs of shoes. 1 light up gym shoes, 1 leather shoes and 1 pair of converse. Boys don't need as many shoes. I also live in California so boots are not necessary. Aha I forgot about his rAin boots!

That's more pairs of shoes than I have...

My 4 year old and 2 year old kids typically have 2 pairs per season-1 of the pairs is always sneakers and the other varies by season. right now it's snow/winter boots, in spring it'll be rain boots, in the summer sandals, in the fall probably back to rain boots. I used to buy cute, dressier shoes on occasion and then realized they never wore them and it was a waste. They outgrow/wear out their sneakers every couple months so basically we're buying 2 new pairs of shoes each season it seems=16 new pairs of shoes each year between the 2 kids. I can't imagine buying more.

You seriously don't have more than 6 pairs of shoes?

I have 1 pair tennis shoes, 1 pair winter boots, 1 pair ballet flats, 1 pair sandals, and 1 pair birkenstocks. I'm a SAHM and we don't go to church or any dressy events really. It's plenty for me.

OP here. My kid is a girl. I guess I’m unusual in that I don’t buy her a lot of shoes?

I have a 3 year old girl and don't buy her a lot of shoes because she's in her 6th shoe size since she started walking! She has sneakers, Ugg knock-offs, rain boots, and a pair slippers for in the house. In the summer, she has sneakers, sandals, and water shoes. I spend a little more on the sneakers and sandals since they're what she wears the most and I like supportive, quality shoes for that. Last year I got her real Uggs, but couldn't find a good deal this year so she has the Nordstrom brand version. Rain boots, slippers, and water shoes are just whatever's on sale at DSW since they're worn infrequently.

My 3 year old girl has a pair of Mary Jane sneakers, rain boots, and 2-3 other pairs of boots she's worn a few times but pretty much rejected. Hopefully it's a mild winter and we don't have to figure out the boot situation.

2.5 year old boy has everyday/play sneakers, "nice" sneaker (brown leather ones) for church and dress-up occasions, and snow boots. He also has a pair of house slippers.

2 year old girl currently has 3 pairs of sneakers (normally we have 2 pairs), 1 pair rain boots, 1 pair slippers, 1 pair dress shoes. In the summer we get water shoes instead of a second pair of sneakers and nice sandals instead of dress shoes.

I have a 3 year old boy, and usually have 4 pairs of shoes that fit. Variety of tennis shoes and one pair of nicer boat shoes. Not counting boots. We don't own rain boots, and I usually get a pair of snow boots used when we need them. In the summer, of the 4 pair, one is a sandal.

My 2yo has only one pair! But in the summer he also had water sandals

My 3 yr old loves shoes. 15+ pairs. Haters gonna hate.

That's pretty normal I think. My daughter just turned 4 but she's never had more than 3-4 pairs of shoes. She wears her boots with her church dresses.
