OP this is going to be wonderful. I'm tucking this away for when it's my turn to host...

I'm buying all of those but the pie, which DH is making. ILs are brining the rutabegas. I didn't post my shopping list, but it's all on there!

Looks good then, I think you have everything covered!!

Just one thought - do you have drinks other than wine for the kids and those who don’t drink?

I would work with DH to coordinate when he’s going to make the pumpkin pie because if it was my DH he would probably choose the most inopportune time.

You can take the butter out earlier, like a day earlier, so long as it is a covered butter dish. Butter doesn't go bad at (autumn) room temperatures. And hard, cold, unspreadable butter is such a bummer.

(at the risk of outing myself, I created a spreadsheet that tells me when to do each step of Thanksgiving dinner. So if we decide to eat at a different time, it auto-calculates backwards everything else. Oh, and they are all on my Google drive, so I can see what I've done in years past, do a save-as and change the year, etc.)

Kids are having milk. We have still water, sparkling water and always have soda around in the fridge in the garage. All of the adults at this event drink wine. We also have beer in the garage.

So that after cleanup and everyone leaving, there’s time for Round 2 with the leftovers!

Did I miss what time you take the turkey out? I'm having trouble figuring out how long I'll have after the turkey is done.

Can I get your stuffing slow-cooker recipe?

Looks good to me. I also do this level of planning and it really helps keep me from stressing out. Good luck!
Oh, and you should also add a Friday morning manicure or massage to your schedule!
