If you are trying to lose weight how long until you stop feeling hungry?

How to fix:
1) for me, walking a lot is key to keeping hunger in check
2) go to bed early to sleep more, so you have more of a feeling of control
3) drink loads of water in the morning when you wake up

Deciding to stick it out through hunger is the key to effective dieting. It is temporary, and those hunger pangs are false. You don't need more than 1200 calories per day.

How is walking a lot key to keeping your hunger in check? Physical activity increases the appetite more.

Vigorous cardio increases appetite. Walking decreases it.

It's so individual. No one here can guarantee you when the hunger will go away and no one can guarantee you that you'll be able to loose weight without experiencing hunger.

On average, it takes about 2 months for a new behavior to become habit, so I'd benchmark your expectations to that. In the meantime, be sure that the calories you are getting are providing your body with the nutrients it needs or you will always have cravings. I find that with a lower calorie diet, I don't have much room for starches or sweets.

1200 seems very low....

I have been on Keto for a week and I never feel "starving" I have stopped getting the low/shaking feeling between meals. I did Whole 30 this past winter and I hated it, it was very hard for me to stick to. Keto is really easy for me. I think everyone has a diet that works for them. You have to try a few and see what fits.
