What do you call this, where are you from, and how old are you?

OP here. I may be a loser and I may need to get a hobby, but I didn't do that one! Maybe I should have clarified s/o in the title.

BTW it's clearly called yellow cake, not chocolate cake.

I'm the UK poster - just saw this. Never! And we call that game Snakes and Ladders.
