I very rarely finish a restaurant portion. But I actually eat the leftovers, so I no my only get my money’s worth of one meal, I get a free lunch the next day!
Even if the food is great, when I’m satisfied, I stop. It’s not like I’ll never see hash browns or toast again. |

I’m very petite. I don’t ever finish a restaurant portion. It’s a bone of contention between DH and I. He says the plate looks fuller after I’m done, lol (I usually don’t eat the bread), etc.

| I will usually try to order strategically so I have leftovers for the next day. But with something like an omelet, I will eat the whole thing, or close to it. I work out a lot so I can eat and maintain my weight. |
I do this too! Whichever part I know would be good for lunch the next day, I'll save for last. I do finish my restaurants meals often though. I'm 5'4" and 120 and have been for years and years. I consider myself a very intuitive eater, I never eat to the point I'm uncomfortable and never feel as though I have to finish everything. |

It depends on the restaurant. If the portions are large I box up half the meal right away. At places like Seasons 52 I typically finish what's on my plate.
If I'm really hungry I would have no trouble putting away a 3-egg omelette with all the fixings, and not caring what anyone else thought LOL. |
