| Broth based soups are your best bet. |

You should be able to get a decent turkey sandwich that's about 400 calories. Just don't get it with Mayo and only get one slice of cheese instead of multiples.
You can also get a good bowl at Chipotle that is about 400 calories - black beans, barbacoa, lettuce, roast veggies, salsa. That will fill you up! Just avoid rice and carbs. |
| ABO vegetable soup + 1 breadstick |
| I lost a lot of weight a few years ago eating Chop’t and California Tortilla every day. Big spinach salad with low cal dressing or 2 chicken tacos on corn tortillas |
| Potbelly Mushroom Melt is 350 calories. It’s in my lunch rotation. |
| Sweetgreen's Spicy Thai salad is around 400 calories. So yummy and filling. |

I think a cup of tomato soup and a piece of their bread at cosi is right around 400 cals. Bonus is that it's also cheap. Cosi also has a couple sandwiches in that range, and the calorie content is displayed on the menu boards.
I also like pret for low cal lunches. Other times I'll go to a deli and buy a yogurt and something else (like a small bag of pita chips), but that's not very filling. |

Panera broth bowls
Panera Mediterranean veggie sandwich Bowl at Rice Bar There’s a nutrition calculator on the District taco website, you can plug things in to figure out what you can get for 400 calories. |
| Starbucks egg and cheese protein box. Very filling. |
| I know you said no salads, but thought I’d mention an option not yet in this post...Cava. You can build and preorder your mail on their app and it calculat s the calories fro you. So you could add, remove, edit to meet your calorie goal. Ordering in advance also helps prevent the impulse splurge. I always ordered the pita until I saw it added almost 200 extra calories to my lunch. Good luck! Eating out is tough when you are counting calories. And I hear you with the lunches. I pack my lunch 4 out of 5 days a week, plus my husband’s plus my kids’ lunches and snacks. Not fun but does keep my eating in check. |
You can't bear to pack your own lunch and your kids. Rough life. |
| Some of these options...Starbucks, I am looking at you, aren't going to help you lose weight |
Why not pack your own lunch and still go on a walk. |
