The SPLC is not what it used to be Neither is the ADL.

SPLC calls anyone who disagrees with them a hate group. And, the ADL is quite different from what it used to be, as well.

I prefer the ADL actually. When It comes to Mo Dees and the SLPC I think they've lost their way from what was a good mission.

Some of their fundraising and overseas banking issues make it seem like they've focused too much on raising money and avoiding taxes rather than educating the public and legal affairs.

Instead of disparaging the SPLC and the ADL, why don't you posters look into the positions of the groups led by Bolton and Freitz? The Center for Security Policy is clearly an anti-Muslim hate group. There is no nuance there. The organization believes in a Muslim plot to take over America. It is so extreme that it is banned from CPAC. The group has vehemently attacked Grover Norquist because he married a Muslim. This is the lunatic fringe and if any group other than Muslims were the target, it would never be acceptable.

Yes, they believe that Muslims in the US are currently plotting a takeover. They believe that Grover Norquist is part of the effort and that he is allied with Jihadists. The more you try to justify this group's stances, the more you reinforce your own support for its positions.

Do you want to argue that the Council on Security Policy is not a hate group? The SPCL is hardly the focus of this thread. You can read the information they have collected because that makes it easy to find. Or, you can do your own research. These are the looniest fringe of the loonies. They actually campaigned to get Grover Norquist kicked off the NRA board because they think he's in league with jihadists.
