why are you doing so much cardio?

lift heavy and eat lots of protein bro.

As soon as you stop your eating/exercise routine and get back to work, all your muscles will convert to fat. Don't go too crazy with this, instead make a change that will be sustainable over the long term.

I would like to get back in shape in the next three months so that I can feel confidence enough to start dating again. I am 6 ft 1 and weigh about 170 lbs.

For workout:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: work out for two hours in the gym with a personal trainer
Tuesday & thursday: swim for 2 1/2 hours
Saturday: do hill sprint for 1 hours and run 10 miles on the HS track after.
Sunday: rest

For Diet:
Breakfast Sunday-Saturday breakfast: Granola OATS with pumpkin and chia seeds, slice almond and milk
Lunch & Dinner Monday, Wednesday and Friday: baked Shrimp, Chilean Bass and Salmon, respectively with steamed beets, carrots, brocolli and green beans. Serve on Quinoa
Lunch & Dinner for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: roasted Chicken or Beef, respectively with Cauliflower & carrots. Serve on Quinoa
Lunch & Dinner on Sunday: eat out at restaurants
Snack: organic fruit smoothies made from scratch

I pay a culinary chef to cook lunch & dinner on Sunday to last the whole week. I have a big subzero refrigerator that can hold food for a week.

Will this work out and diet plan get me back in top shape after three months?

You're on the wrong forum try TNation or something like that. Your workouts are grueling 2.5 of swimming and 1 hr hill sprints, sounds like you're training for the ironman or triathleton competition.

I know Walter Payton use to do hill sprints for training and his legs were built like a horse. I stay away from hill sprints because I always seem to pull something since i do squats and deadlifts regularly my hip flexors on one side can't handle it, of course I'm near 40 too which doesn't help. At 6ft 1 170 lbs you probably want to bulk a little so I would cut down on the cardio to 1x a week.

Whoa, you're right. Maybe he won a lifetime supply of quinoa in a contest? Maybe his family is part of a Peruvian quinoa cartel?
