The fiscally conservative liberal speaks! Where were you when Obama spent 700+ Billion on a "shovel ready" stimulus plan and then joked about nothing being shovel ready. Glad you are so concerned about the federal debt given Obama's addition of $10 Trillion to it. The cost of the wall is peanuts. It will stop thousands who are no sophisticated enough to dig tunnels or rich enough to pay for the right to use them. |
Please, fiscal conservative. You're making us look bad with posts like this. |
So when Ttump reneges, he's "jello," and when the Dema renege, they are congratulated for having a spine? |
when was it not stuck on Trump? His genius campaign promise was the taxpayer would not have to pay for it at all. |
Umm, did you miss all of the past week? |
+1 John Kelly would like you to know that you're uninformed,Donald. |
If the cost is peanuts, then why does nobody want to pay it? Maybe you should set up a gofundme account to pay for the wall. |
Nobody thinks this wall is a good idea, especially if US taxpayer dollars are paying for it. So the next confrontation can be over the wall--which will be less politically sensitive for the swing state Dems than DACA. Smart! |
Yes, they MUST put the interests of illegal immigrants ahead of the ability of "middling" government workers (and American citizens) to pay February's rent, buy the groceries, or pay the electric bill. That will show the country who Democrats care more about (in case anyone wondered). |
Suckers! |
I am laughing at Schumer bc Human Rights groups are groveling about Border Patrol, Militias and patrols picking up the water that is dropped in remote parts of the desert for those whose coyotes take them through the areas with “land barriers”. My specific recall goes back to 1995 on this legislation. I’m sure many of us remember the rhetoric of 1994. Come on, now. This is a sh*tshow. |
Why does Schumer have to do anything? Didn't Trump campaign boasting all the while that Mexico was paying for the wall? |
didn't Trump send out a link on twitter to donate to pay for the wall? |
What's good for t-rump and mcturtle is good for the Dems. |
The wall was the cornerstone of Trump's campaign from day one. He was elected in part from this promise. There are millions upon millions that think it is a good idea. His downside with his base is tremendous if he does not build it. He will. |
