You Sir are the real MVP. And, have your pick of the cute curvy ladies.
Fortunately my shorter DH loves taller curvier ladies.
|
| Are you Latino? Latino men like curves - no stick thin, pre-pubescent looking women who could pass for 12 year old boys. |
You obviously are not living on planet earth. Men don't date certain types of women as a type of status symbol? Have you heard the term "trophy wife"? |
+1000 Yup, you have more to choose from since 70+% of women in the USA are either overweight or obese. Go get'em.
|
My friend is beautiful, tall and thin (probably a 2/4), and her husband would politely be called "husky" or "barrel-chested." Must be a trend. |
Same - skinny myself, do not like skinny guys. I’m not talking obese, but a little belly and a round booty is sexy to me. Husband is definitely my type! |
|
People like what they like.
That said curvy is not the same as chubby. Chubby can often mean overweight or bad eating habits, so are you the health conscious guy okay with building a life with someone who isn't supper health conscious about food. |
Your dad sounds like an asshole |
In what world is an 8-10 chubby? Not mine. |
I felt the same when I was younger because a guy in his 20s/30s with a little extra padding can be very hot. But men who are fat and out of shape in their 40s/50s and not hot: They are just old and fat. Fat and out of shape do not age well for either sex. |
| Ok....carry on. |
|
You're not alone OP. Many men like women on the curvy side. Not fat but curvy. Most men would like to be seen with a thin/fit woman but that's not the same as who they actually want to be with and sleep with.
Now, there's always the argument on what is curvy. I see a lot of women that say they're curvy and they are just fat. When I see neck rolls, fat arms, and cankles, I consider that fat. A curvy woman is well proportioned...in my book. |
Thin/fit does not mean being a stick. I am very fit and a 36", 26", 36" - plenty curvy
|

I think that's great. This is why people should go after who they are attracted to, you never know what someone likes.
Ransoms aside, I do wish the curvy hadn't been hikacked as a synonym for chubby. I'm fit but curvy (hourglass shape) and I can never use that term as a descriptor now. |
Thin/fit has been hijacked, at least on DCUM, for looking like a stick with no chest which is just as ridiculous. I am the poster above you and no one would EVER mistake me for a 12 yr old boy. |
