Guys I have a confession: I have been getting high off hot oven air for years. I need help.

You should definitely buy a cooking face mask. I have one and I wear it all the time, even when I'm just walking the dog in case one of our neighbors is cooking. It prevents any cooking particles from entering your system, eg stale fridge smell, coffee-machine steam, pasta steam, bacon smoke, fine crumbs when you're cutting bread. Totally worth it!

What I hate is when I lean over the open oven to check on something, and my necklace is dangling away from my skin and gets burning hot in the oven air, then I stand straight up and get a shock when it drops back against my skin. Ouch.
