Are you running outdoors in this weather?

Yes. I wear under armors swacket pants and jackets (fleece lined), hat, gloves, etc.
My cutoff is maybe below 10? I run 7 miles or so a day.

Run outside as long as the feels like temp is at least 20.
Have a pair of silk like long underwear (shirt & leggings) I got from a running website that I layer under my running clothes when it’s below 25.
You can also buy running mittens you warm in the microwave and they stay warm inside for your run.

I run sporadically. Never ran in any cold weather under 40. But, I did it yesterday. Just to challenge myself. Man, it felt good. I usually cover just 2 miles. But, I wore a wool sweater, yeah, not the best to wear when running but I really don't like the cold. Also had thin gloves and a wool hat. I run slow too. After 10 minutes, I was sweating. It was definitely harder to breath in the dry cold air.
Do it in layers. Don't wear what I wore, a wool sweater. but like I said, I really don't like the cold.

But, I've gotten used to it sometimes. For the cold, I need to prepare myself physically and mentally.

I might do it again!

I will take cold over hot any day for running. As others have said, after the 1st mile you're usually warm and regretting bundling up as much as you did. I've lived in Boston, Chicago, and DC and there has only been one run I regretted b/c I stayed painfully cold the whole time. I'm also far from a hardcore runner, usually go 2x week around 3-6 miles.

DH and I went running on Sunday. It was 18. Hardest part was the wind. It’s been hard to get out with this cold because I find I slack off and cut my runs short. I don’t enjoy it at all. I drag out an old exercise dvd for days I am supposed to run but it’s too damn cold.

I don't. The cold air triggers my (exercise-induced) asthma.

Yes, the wind is my problem. Single digits and calm are easier to run in than 30’s and windy. The wind is usually the deciding factor for me, not necessarily the temperature.
