I’m a fan of Lindsay Brin. Short, intense and effective workouts.

If you haven't exercised in a while, you need to strengthen your body. Now Youtube "body weight exercises."

Two more points - find a magazine with toned bodies and mark an important (for you) event on the calendar (a hot date, a reunion, big meeting, etc.) These two are for motivation, which will help you stay focused. Good luck.

This will work if you're 60.

"Grandma" here. Sounds like your fat ass can't just haul it down into the basement and get busy. The long and short of it, is whether you use "beachbod" or grab some mags and YouTube it, all it boils down to is - get your fat ass moving and doing something. Now if you want to pay $150 for someone else to tell you that on a daily basis, then go for it. I'll keep my $150, and rent a room with my hot young date that can't get enough of these tight buns...

Eh, you sound demented. And enjoy your stay at holiday inn. I normally spring for the Park.

I like her workouts too -- heard about them here, and have been doing them ever since.

I also rely on apps and youtube - tons of good stuff there for free. The Popsugar Fitness app has a lot of great workouts - from 5 minutes to 45 minutes long. I also like the BeFit channel on youtube, which has all styles of workouts.

Nike has a great free app with exercise ideas - different levels, equipment or no equipment. Etc

Kayla Itsines has one too, more of a program that starts small and continues. But this requires a monthly subscription and the exercise are repetitive,

14:02, you must have a very short commute or work off-hours. My husband is already at his desk by 6:30 and I'm doing everything to get myself and the kids ready in the a.m., leaving me no time to work out. I tried getting up earlier to work out at 4:30 but I was exhausted.
