Pretty sure that never before in Baltimore history has this much time passed with no arrest after a cop was killed.

Wonder why...

Wow, oh wow, I'd heard about the police officer being killed but had NO idea about all of these other details. WOW! It's like an episode of "Homicide: Life on the Street" or something! (Great show, btw.)

That poor officer. I hope and pray that justice can be found for him and his family.

Not gonna happen.

Don't get me wrong, they WILL eventually frame some poor bastard for it and get a conviction, but that'll just be so they can close the case and shut people up

The real actual killers will never be fingered, because it would literally destroy the integrity (ha!) of the PD.

I bet they try and tie that idiotvfrom the police chase to the detective. That'll tie up all sorts of loose ends. Just watch.

Don't insult the mafia by comparison.

Could not be more obvious.

This.

+1

At first I thought it was related to the call he was on but the next day the news reported about his testifying against cops and I just knew it was that.

39% in 2016, up from 31% in 2015.

FBI announces today that they will NOT investigate this killing. Even though the Detective was scheduled to testify against other Baltimore cops in a federal hearing. He was killed the day before he was supposed to testify. Shot in the head, with his own gun, and no witnesses.

And no leads, even with >200k reward...hmmm

Eh, they'll pin it on *somebody* eventually, just to close the case. But we'll never know who really killed him

Hmmmm, yeah, that's a good point. There was a time in this country when at least the Mafia had something akin to honor in the way it conducted itself. I can't really say that about any big city police organization, Baltimore included.

Former BPD Commissioner calls that BS.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!

So not only did the BPD murder this detective, but now they've destroyed his legacy, as well as any opportunity for his spouse or kids to receive any kind of life insurance or pension benefits.

I must say, it takes a lot to surprise me when it comes to the things cops will do to get their goals accomplished, but this one made me
