I have this also. Noticed it goes away if I don't take Vit B. I drink energy drinks and take B at about 2k% to 4k% a day.

I suspect that is what is doing it. Very strange.

It smells strange, but not sure how I would describe it. Some antibiotics might make it smell weird too.

This happens to me when I’m losing weight even when I’m not low carb.

It's probably from a low carb diet. The fewer carbs you eat the more you go into Ketosis which is the buildup of ketones in your system. My urine has the same acetone smell and I am on a VERY low carb diet.

Check with your doctor if you are concerned there might be something wrong.
