| I would hate to have to deal with Lafayette parents. Ever. |
And they keep bringing their gripes here. |
They really need a list serve. |
They have one. But it's not anonymous so they all come here to say what they won't say when everyone knows who they are. |
I'm a Lafayette parent. We most definitely do not have a listserv. I wish we did. |
| May I suggest starting a yahoo group and inviting people to join. Thats what the other schools do! |
Exactly. It doesn't need to be official or sanctioned by the school. |
TWO days and the complaining has started.
|
can you explain why you are disappointed? school just started, I would expect some confusion while both kids and staff get to know each other and know the routine. |
|
1) Yup, it's been TWO DAYS.
2) My kids have been having a good time. The pick-up improved dramatically between Monday and Tuesday. Ye olde complainers, start your own small program and stop ruining things for everyone else. 3) No, there's no Lafayette List-serv. Clearly for a reason. I suggest folks who post just to say 'get a list-serv' use their energy in a more constructive manner. Why click and read if it's so troubling?? |
Comic sans! |
| What's the name of the after care provider? |
CLS. The same group that runs a much smaller program at Murch. |
| How many kids does CLS have at Murch? |
There is another thread on this from the end of the school year when it was announced that CLS would run the aftercare program at Lafayette. There is a lot of detail that discusses the Murch program. To sum it all up: the programs at Murch and Lafayette are different and you can't really compare the two. |
