Ding ding ding.

Exactly. She doesn't want anything serious, she wants someone who pushes her away so that it never gets that deep

Cute & Quirky doesn't always translate to a lot of dates.

If she hasn't had a lot of dates and is about 30 she's probably desperate and will take anything.

Why don't you ask her?

Op here: to update: she definitely has the market value I think she does. Nearing 30, but with thousands of social media followers, and definitely lots of guys into her. But she is shy in real life, so I don't know if that has something to do with it?

Maybe the guy has a really large penis. Her relationship is not your business.

I did this with my now fiance.

For the first year and a half we were dating he was not really into me and was still in love with his ex-girlfriend. I was lonely had seriously low self esteem issues and did not believe I could do better or that it was possible I deserved a guy's undivided attention. It sucked. Thankfully he had a major change of heart and is now crazy in love with me.

This seems... sad and depressing.

A lot of times attractive women simply want what they can't have. They are chasers. Unavailable men are just higher price in their mind.

Fans are just fans not nessicarly relationship material.. You say she's quirky she probably thinks it's cool and edgy that she has a guy that treats her like crap. As long as she's not complaining to you about it , it's not really your concern.

OP, serious question, do you want to date her?

If not it really doesn't matter why she's dating who she is.

+1

This is the woman that will proudly brag to friends that she pays for her half of every date and lugs all her own luggage and be smug about it. And then act shocked when he doesn't contribute to household chores/is miserly

Perhaps she has lower standards than you?

x a million. despite all the arguments women make to the contrary, this is the simple, unvarnished truth.
