This was at a Historically-Black College, and the government has invested in them for decades. In fact, Trump just recently signed an agreement giving them more clout. Why bite the hand that feeds you?

Right, they should be so grateful to have her over their own objections. Who are they to have an opinion about their own commencement ceremony? Or education?

Elitist comment.

I'm sure that's exactly how it looks to the old f*cks who voted for Trump.

Wow, that is so funny because I was thinking just the opposite when I read this story! I'd never heard of that college before and thought to myself that I would like to hire such principled and dedicated students.

No one wants their graduation to be unpleasant. These students felt strongly about her policies and acted upon their feelings. I will always respect that. And I have companies that employ over 200 people.

That's funny. I have 2 BCU graduates on my team. Both are energetic and very smart. They are also both willing to say what is on their mind when it is for the good of the team. I would rather have those type of people working with me then those just go along to get along.

And I am sure they align with your radical left views of the world. That being said, these students and other colleges that exhibit this childish behavior will ultimately hurt their earning and employment potential. You are but one business, I know many business owners who watch and learn. While at a conference a week ago I observed people ooenly laughing at an LinkedIn account. What were they laughing at? Berkeley, the kid was from Berkeley. Trust me, this will hurt many future possibilities for these young people.

They are supposed to be mature educated and open minded individuals who embrace diverse views. I guess their education failed them.

What business do you run? I want to make sure I'm supporting businesses that still support respectful conduct. They are getting harder to find these days.

Actually, I am not a Liberal. I am running a business and I do not want or need "yes men." If something is not right, I need employees who will speak up and are comfortable saying so. I do not need a sub-standard deliverable going out of the door because my people were too timid or socialized not to say something.

+1. Seems to me that they were smart enough to know that they were being used as pawns in a political pandering game. They were smart enough to know they were being fed BS and not chocolate pudding.
