Just another college on the list that I will not employ from. I don't want this in my business.
That's funny. I have 2 BCU graduates on my team. Both are energetic and very smart. They are also both willing to say what is on their mind when it is for the good of the team. I would rather have those type of people working with me then those just go along to get along.
And I am sure they align with your radical left views of the world. That being said, these students and other colleges that exhibit this childish behavior will ultimately hurt their earning and employment potential. You are but one business, I know many business owners who watch and learn. While at a conference a week ago I observed people ooenly laughing at an LinkedIn account. What were they laughing at? Berkeley, the kid was from Berkeley. Trust me, this will hurt many future possibilities for these young people.
Actually, I am not a Liberal. I am running a business and I do not want or need "yes men." If something is not right, I need employees who will speak up and are comfortable saying so. I do not need a sub-standard deliverable going out of the door because my people were too timid or socialized not to say something.
