Except for Michelle and the french chick, I think the others (Paltrow and witherspoon) are evenly matched (or in some cases better looking them the boys..er, men they are with..

It's much more common the other way but when you see it with the male being much hotter, it will often involve sexual pleasure or a specific kink, at least in the cases I'm aware of.

When the women are much hotter, it's usually that a woman is attracted to more than just appearance.

I also don't think Macron is attractive. He and his wife match each other in being very normal/average. I'm normal/average so I would know!

Macron and his wife are both average looking people. But considering that she's 24 years his senior, she looks great for her age.

None of your examples really stand up to scrutiny OP. When you say an "average" woman, none of the woman you showed are average in any way. And, the guys are no better.

I like the idea of an average woman dating a hotty. So, please show some real examples.

There are also some men who realize that women who are a "10" need male validation more and more as they age and their looks fade. They also tend to do a lot of maintenance on their looks. Maybe, just maybe, not all men are so shallow that they find that appealing.
