If they are only mailing today, they should send out e-mails today as well. That's what they did last year (mail and e-mail to admits on Monday, with the first open house the following Monday).

I called the program office number and the voicemail has now been updated to say that decision letters didn't go out until today (the 27th).

So one snow day caused a delay from March 17th (as scheduled) all the way up to March 27th? Lol

Wonder when they will do Open Houses since Spring Break is coming up soon.

OK -- has anyone received an email, then? In the past, were the emails only to those who were accepted or also to those who were rejected?

I believe many of the open houses have already been rescheduled for next week. Clearspring is set for the 4th.

And if you look at the DCUM thread from last year, the emails went out to admitted students at about 4:45 on Monday afternoon. I kind of wish I didn't know that, as it continues to make today stressful.

When I talked to program office last week they said, "this year no emails will be sent out.."

Open houses are schedule for Apr 3- 5..

Really unacceptable delay this year !

Well, according to the other thread (http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/45/626178.page), they just announced on Friday that they are adding in a new HGC center (class?) at Piney Branch. I wonder if they have been finalizing expansion plans for next year, with the new pilot programs. I'm just speculating, though.
