Full timers, how many weeks of vacation / sick days / etc do you get per year?

Anonymous
20 paid days off (can use for whatever)
4 preset holidays (Christmas, thanksgiving, New Years and July 4)
7 floating holidays to use anytime (so I'm working this Monday since we don't have anything going on and I worked MLK day and then will take Good Friday and Easter Monday off since we'll have family in town for Easter)

I also set my own schedule so, as long as I work at some point, I don't use leave.

80 days off, give or take about 5 days. Many staff work about 30 of those days though for extra pay. I don't, because I'd rather spend them with my family!

23 PTO (It used to be lower but I've been with same company for 13 years)
8 federal holidays (we don't get Columbus and President's day)

Part time job/not enough work? 80 days is a third of the year...

Just wanted to add that we can carry over PTO up to max of 6 weeks. Then it's use or lose. They occasionally let us cash it out or donate leave but both programs are currently on hold. I can never manage to save up that much leave since I'm the parent who picks up sick kids and stays home with them when sick. My husband travels a lot. But he stays home on planned school closing days (we have tons of those in our school district), early release days and the 2 holidays I have to work.

80 days off which you can work to get paid wouldn't be paid vacation right?

Unlimited. I usually take 4 weeks vacation and a few sick sprinkled in.

Someone in my office got cancer, she was out 3 months with full pay and benefits.
