I like Isopure powder. Premier protein does taste good but is expensive and not a lot of volume for the calories compared to a powder.

She is a weight loss doctor (medical, not surgery) in Ohio and is a supporter of using meal replacements for both loss and long term maintenance. Replacing one meal a day can really help a lot of people with no major downsides. She writes on a lot of other topics related to weight and her content is really good.
