I'm interested in starting a meal replacement shake regimen to lose weight. I need something that doesn't have soy in it.
There seem to be so many different brands and programs out there and I have no idea what's good and what's bad. Any recommendations for one to try to start? Thanks!! |
| Serious question: Let's say you do lose weight with not eating, but instead drinking some shakes. How do you expect to maintain that weight loss? What's your strategy? |

Premier Protein, available at Costco. I think Pure Protein might also be soy free.
I see no reason they can't replace one meal indefinitely, but they are not a weight loss plan in themselves. |

Premier Protein is very good. I used to really like the Atkins and EAS brands but don't remember if they are soy free.
Love the Quest protein powders but think they have soy as well. |
| I love the Beachbody shakes. Especially the chocolate. I'm trying to maintain weight so I add milk or ice cream. They are delicious! No, I am not a "coach". |

| Drink a glass of milk or kefir and take a multivitamin. Be careful not to overdo protein, it can be tough on the body. |

| I really like Orgain protein powder. It's plant based and I make it with coconut milk, peanut powder and a tbsp of gluten free oats. Filling and tasty. |
