Tell me when to stop laughing

+1

And how do you know the OP isn't looking for a school that is Republican? OP didn't say what their preference is.

Because Liberala in this area are some of the most intolerant people I have ever met.

Because they're always posting things like, "This is the problem with Conservatives they only want their kids around other conservatives."

Oh, wait.

Not bizarre at all. My DD is totally stressed about all this political talk and I told her to just say no and do not participate in any political conversations. But, she is attacked by the children of libs on a continuous basis, not because we are not HRC supporters, but because she just doesn't want to talk about it, she is sick of it. Lib parents, stop, just stop.

Sure, con parents. We tell our kids to stop telling your kids that their parents are idiots, not because they're cons, but because they're determined to vote for the biggest buffoon ever foisted on the American electorate. Will that make you feel better, con parents?

I've given my kids talking points to rebuff the liberal nonsense, including why I'm voting for Trump over Her. So far, it's worked. Like most of their parents, liberal kids tend to be a lot of hot air and are not sure what to say when confronted by facts and reason.

Are any of you Langley parents or has this thread become about politics at private schools?

Signed,
An actual Langley mom

It's not surprising that a school filled with Potomac School rejects leans republican.

Why are any of you even telling your young children who you're voting for? I tell my kids that my vote is my information and certainly not something they need to worry about sharing with their friends.

Well, I'll be honest. As a racial minority, I probably wouldn't choose a school where most of the parents are likely to be Trump supporters. I work around enough of em who are too tone deaf to watch their insensitve comments in group spaces. Why would I subject my kid to that AND pay for it???

We discuss the election. Even if I didn't tell them outright, they could easily infer which way I will vote.

Potomac is not conservative. We are Dems and have a kid there. We live in NWDC and have another kid at a NWDC private. I see very little difference. Both schools parent bodies and students seem more Democrat that Republican.
