What constitutes residency fraud

How do you know it's their house?
How do you know it's the mom?

Ridiculous. How can you exclude the possibility that they were sauntering into a family friend's house, or a relative's, or the house of one custodial parent while the other lives in DC? You can report them of course but let OSSE investigate them. You're no more than a stalker.

It is a DCPS issue not an OSSE issue. Report to your principal.

+1.

There must be a DCPS office dealing with boundary fraud too, that's why they audit the schools' paperwork.

I know a saunter when I see a saunter.

Either way they have made a false deflation under penalty of perjury. But principals know OSSE and DCPS have bigger fish to fry snd nothing will come of it. There aren't enough personnel to chase down out-of-state residency cheaters.

Yup. There's so much scamming from MD going on, that DC needs to start making a dent.

Yeah, they need to attach MD cheaters ahead of IB cheaters. Large amounts of tax dollars are at risk here.

Lets be clear here, it isn't Maryland cheaters it is PG cheaters. I can't think of one MoCo school someone would lie to get out of just to end up in DC schools for. Even silver spring spring is better than Deal/wilson

Did the child start attending there when the mother was alive and they lived IB? If that's the case, they don't have to leave the school. This isn't residency fraud.

The mother has been gone for 20 years. The house is in probate.

A child at Janney told me yesterday he "lives in the apartment Buildings next to the BowlMor. The only ones near by are in Rockville and Bethesda. I am guessing he meant the Westbard one. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and guessing his parents are divorcing and one of them lives there. Sadly, I know a LOT of kids with divorcing parents. Many of them can't afford to BOTH live in the Janney district.

Just the other day, I noticed a navy blue Honda Pilot with Maryland plates pull out of Janney (after picking up a kid) and I knew in my gut this wasn't right. So I followed this car into Maryland and it pulled into a driveway very close to Sligo Creek golf course. I watched very carefully as a mother and son got out of the Honda Pilot and sauntered into their house.

That my friend, is residency fraud. And I have had enough.

How George Zimmerman of you! Good job taking it on yourself to track down a potential offender. Do you want accolades for "saving" us from the "dangerous" criminals?

Like Michael Douglas in falling down? Like the fine gentlemen with Virginia plares who passed me on the right on eastern Ave going. 50 mph and then, when I honked to object, pulled over opened their car door and made gun fingers at me a d my daughter?

You're all the same to me. Pond freaking scum

He had to pass you on the right and you honked to object? Did you consider moving into the right lane so that people who are driving faster than you are can pass?

His behavior sounds completely out of line, but you sound like an idiot driver.

And, I know a lunatic when I see a lunatic. You sound like a bunny-boiler.
