How much bad behavior do you think it takes in a city like Chicago or DC to actually get convicted of (or plead down to) a felony. You sound like someone who has never spent time in at-risk communities. And also someone who has never experienced criminal violence.

Right. Long past time for strict gun control. I'm glad conservatives finally agree. Chicago tried but Scalia knew better, as always. You do realize, however, that Obama wasn't the Mayor or even an Alderman? Obama also didn't design the programs which resulted in concentrations of poverty and lead to s culture violence. It SHOULD. But, as this police chief pointed out, it doesn’t. One of them had been imprisoned for an illegal weapons charge. Yet, they were still able to murder an innocent woman.
