I challenge anyone to point to a serious proposal, outside of people threatening it on DCUM, wherein anybody has advocated for building housing on the VHC site.

Similarly, I challenge anyone to present any actual evidence of where an affordable housing development has increased density- affordable housing is replacing the lost market rate housing, it is not increasing the housing stock overall.
