Glad they are replacing Jackson and not Hamilton. Hamilton was one of the most important founding fathers. Jackson was a crude, slave-owning populist.

I wonder if TN will ever replace its 500 roads called old hickory Blvd. there's one in every town.

Finally, the government actually did something, and it was exactly right. So much faith restored. For today at least.

I'm not sure which is greater news: the part that Tubman will be on the bill or that Andrew Jackson will be removed!

Even better, women will also be on the backs of $5 and $10 bills. Of course, this happens at a time when currency is used less and less, but at least it's happening!!!!

Love this!! I hope they have a better pic of her though to put on there. She looks very grumpy in the pic that the news keeps circulating and it's not how I would picture her.
