| USPS sometimes delivers our packages to neighbor's houses and vice versa. We take them over as soon as we get home. |
Call? I had this happen to me and couldn't get ahold of a human. I reported it and they sent me another then charged me for both. So stupid for a 10 dollar mouse when I'm prime and spend a fortune. Amazon's customer service is not great. |
I've also had this happen with both USPS and Lasership. It usually shows up within a day but sometimes longer. If I am in a real time crunch, I call Amazon and they re-send usually with expedited delivery. |
This happened to me twice in the last couple of weeks. |
They do not make it easy to contact them, I agree. But once you do, they fix the problem. I can't remember where, maybe on their help or customer service page, there is a "contact us" button that gives you an option of sending an email or IM or requesting that someone call you. I've done email and IM and gotten good results. |
Just happened to me this week too, as something was marked delivered at7 am and I was wondering where they would have possibly left it as my apartment front desk isn't staffed until 8 am. Turns out it was just a "out for delivery" marker and my front desk got it at the end of the day. |
| Call them. Same happened to me. Said delivered and it wasent. They traced it and it was delayed. Arrived the next day. They promised to replace or refund it w expedited shilling if it didn't arrive today. It arrived. The system is faulty for notifying about deliveries given sheer volume of packages sent. I've not read other posts. |
theres also a phone number 206.922.0880. |
Yessssssss. They are Lasershit for a reason. |
to get a customer service #, google "get human" and the company name. There's a website called Get Human that will give you the best number to call. |
Happened to me this week, too. It was marked "delivered" at 1:37 am but wasn't in my doorstep in the morning. It was actually delivered about 14 hrs later. |
