would ypu be in a relationship with a nanny?

My husband didn't have a problem with it we got married while he was in medical school. I work part time as a Montessori teacher now. My child goes to the same preschool. I think he would have had a problem if I wanted to continue working as a nanny. I worked until he finished medical school and got a Montessori education degree at the same time.

I wouldn't, but all the male nannies I know are gay. so that wouldn't make sense in my life.
Even if he was straight I wouldn't have a relationship with him.
I'm a nanny and I hope no one wants to date me or marry me at this stage of my life.

I am dating a nanny but she is in school for another profession. Her being a nanny has never been an issue. In fact, I love knowing what a great mom she will be if we have children.

My DH loved this too. You're getting a woman who not only loves kids but knows how to handle them? That's a big plus if you want a family!

Being a nanny does not always translate to good mom.
If you like the person go for it, but I would say find out if they have career nanny plans or is she nannying through school.
Are you the type who wants to marry a SAHM or a mother that works?

SAHM

Then a nanny might be the kind of woman you are looking for. All you can do is date her and see where it goes,, but focus on her as a person, as longterm partner and not just her profession.

Pp here. I do love that. She is wonderful with kids. As to the other pp, she is paying her way through school. I will let her decided if she wants to work or stay home.

OP here. I'm 31 years old with one child on my own. I have Master (that I earned in Europe) and I think I'm kind of ashamed to admit I'm a nanny. I make about $70000 a year working +/- 50 hours a week. I would love to be a preschool teacher but could not live off their salary. im working towards opening my own day care center.
