| Get pg on first IUI at age 38 after 18 months of trying. Baby born at 39 and change. Then when that baby was 6 months old or so I went off BC and never went back on it. Back to the RE the month I turned 41. Had to redo testing IUI in October failed and success on second IUI. I'm now 28 weeks and due days before my 42 birthday. IUI's were with Clomid, Gonal-F or Bravelle and a trigger shot. |

Currently 9 weeks pregnant at 42 after four years of trying - fingers crossed all goes well. Pretty much gave up a couple years ago and now have a little surprise on the way. No medical intervention. Too bad I already gave away all the baby stuff from my first DC!

| I was just talking about this with my grandma the other day. She conceived naturally at 43 (her "surprise" last baby) and gave birth at 44. That baby, my aunt, is the beauty of the family and has a Ph d. in Electrical Engineering. |
