| We make a date balls at home. We make ours with nuts, but you can find nut free options. |
How about the School Safe cookies: http://www.treasuremills.com/products/chocolate-chip-cookie-bars/ They have them at whole foods. |
| oreos are vegan, surprisingly. guessing they are nut free but maybe not gf. |

These Whoopie Pies are AMAZING and I think fit all your requirements. If you didn't know they were GF, dairy free, etc, you would never guess. I can't keep the in the house they are so good I will eat t hem all. (I have celiac disease and think that most GF stuff esp most dairy free GF stuff is disgusting, including most of what you can buy at whole foods.) You can get these at some but not all whole foods -- you may nee to call around to verify before you waste a trip. Expensive, but if you don't want candy and you want something the kids will love, I don't know that you can do better.
http://www.thepipinggourmets.com/chocolate-vanilla-whoopie-pies/ To folks who keep suggesting rice krispie treats--be careful, they're not usually gf - rice krispies have barley malt in them There are some varieties that are GF but as others have said some of them have butter....
|
uh, yeah, definitely NOT gf..... Glutino does make an awesome GF oreo cookie but not aware of it being sold in individually wrapped servings. Also, label says they may contain trace amounts of MILK, EGGS, PEANUTS AND TREE NUTS so if those are a serious allergy, nonstarter: MILK, EGGS, PEANUTS AND TREE NUTS. But good for other purposes where a GF, dairy free treat needed http://www.glutino.com/products/cookies-and-wafers/cookies/chocolate-vanilla-creme-cookies/ |
Rice Krispies are out unless you use vegan marshmallows (get them at MOM's): otherwise you have gelatin base which is prohibited for those with egg allergies..... |
| Junior mints |
| Popsicles |
and again most rice krispies aren't gluten free, they have barley in them! they do make a special variety which you should be able to get at MOM's I'd think, or maybe Wegmans--but it's not everywhere: http://www.ricekrispies.com/products/rice-krispies-gluten-free-cereal |
this is probably the best idea yet |
| Go to whole foods or wegmans and look at the gluten free section |
| Trader joes has some gluten free Krispy treats and cookies, but I'm not sure if they're vegan |
These look great! Thanks! |
Some versions also have gluten. Joy of Life brand at WF is good too. |
