We can be friends - my first thoughts were also Heat and Blood, Bones, and Butter, quickly followed by Kitchen Confidential. Oddly, I haven't read J&J.

Yup. I haven't read J&J either. But the other three are the Trinity.

Kind of like Jesus, Elvis, and John Wayne, riding off into the Sunset of Destiny, watched over by the spirit of Hank Sr.
