Am I going to die of rickets? I never eat vegetables.

How do you poop with no regular fruits and vegetables in your diet??

I just ... go to the bathroom, and poop comes out like every day or every other day.

I would find a way to eat more fruits and vegetables-- really

Ideas:
Green smoothie (almond or soymilk base, a nut butter (or not), frozen berries, fresh spinach or other green..... you cant taste it)
There are many many varieties you can make

Roasted root vegetables are tasty

You could get a juicer and juice a few times a week- lots of nutrients that way

Please do something OP... it's not healthy

I would get your vitamnin levels checked out. Have you ever?

I'm gonna be harsh op.

You need to grow up and eat veggies like an adult. You understand the implications of your actions, kids who refuse veggies don't.

You're going to die of colon cancer.

But, since you aren't having any kids, it doesn't really matter. You can eat however you want -- your food choices only affect others if you are pregnant, nursing, or need to be alive to take care of kids.

What do you eat?

You're going to die screaming... and I'm going to watch.

(sorry, watching The Long Kiss Goodnight)...

Are your teeth loose? That's a sign of scurvy.

You'll die of something. That's for sure. I'd bet that 75% of the world (probably much higher) doesn't eat much vegetables. However, most of the world also has a lower, sometimes much lower, life expectancy than we do here in the U.S. If you hate veggies so much, I'd eat a lot more fruit and swap the gummy vitamins for something stronger.

Are you my nine year old DD? She just tried celery, liked it and I nearly cried with relief. She eats celery and carrots and oddly, chopped salads with romaine lettuce.

Try, try, try to find a vegetable you like. Start with carrots and a really great dip, like hummus or peanut butter or ranch. Or celery and a dip. Try the pre sliced, mini carrots or buy a small veggie tray and sample.

I wish I could help you...I happen to love every single vegetable but likely still don't eat enough of them.

Wow. I take it you have never left the States?

OP, rickets is caused by a vitamin D or calcium deficiency. Do you drink milk? You won't get rickets.

I eat a green vegetable once or twice a year. I feel you, OP.

OP here. Actually, I hate dips and salad dressings. Not a huge fan of peanut butter (I think I had to eat it too often as a kid and now I'm burnt out on it). Hate baby carrots. I could eat a regular carrot, and just chop it into carrot sticks. I just ... don't like it.

Nope, my dentist is actually completely happy with my teeth. I had two cavities as a kid and one as an adult.

Yeah, I think I meant scurvy and not rickets. No, I don't drink milk.
