dreading monday

Anonymous
I'm hoping it is slow my first day back at work. Usually things are quiet until the following week. I work in a college and many of the students aren't back until January 12.

Monday will not be the problem...wed-thurs will be when the week drags.

I am "lucky": I am off this week also (I was not supposed to take any time off, but fell ill and required two cardiac procedures before XMAS). Just a little perspective.

Feel the same way.

Haha I can't wait for Monday! Two weeks with the toddlers on my own and I can't wait for:

* pooping for more than 4 minutes
* lunch that doesn't consist of cleaning up with a mop
* sitting and staring at a blank wall uninterrupted
* drinking an entire cup of coffee before it gets cold

I practically have an orgasm at the thought

I'm sitting in South Palm Beach waiting to go to the airport after a week in Belize. I'm DREADING Tuesday, as I'm taking off tomorrow to unpack the family. DREAD isn't a strong enough word! And not to mention I dread the cold.

I didn't get a break, but my boss did and he's back tomorrow... that's what I dread the most. He is clearly catching up on two weeks' worth of emails today, because I am getting barraged with "what's the status of this" and "how did you handle that"... fun!

I am also dreading it.

High five. I have totally had Mondays like that. Tomorrow isn't one of them, but, oh, I have had them!

Exercising before work and at lunch. Coffee during the day. It'll be okay.

I dread going back too. I almost bought one of those fake turds sold at Spencer's. I was going to put it on the desk of a really loud co-worker. I didn't go through with it though.
