| Since I've been pregnant, Oregano. Can't stand it! Before that, maybe cilantro or tarragon. I like thyme on roasted chicken or veggies, but it also can ruin a dish if used improperly. |

| Thyme for me too. Can't stand it or Rosemary actually. |
| Love tarragon. Yum, HATE oregano |

I cannot stand it when cinnamon gets substituted for cassia (desi dalchini) in Indian meat dishes.
They are similar tastes but are different in intensity. The sweet note in cinnamon makes it great for sweet dishes, baking, rice dishes but not for meat dishes. Especially when you use the powder. I am also trying my best to like celery but it registers as an odd taste on my palate. |
I love rosemary. It tastes so savory to me. The first time I tasted rosemary bread I was entranced... so delicious! |

Definitely dill. Yuck!
Love everything else listed on this thread. |

| Another vote for cinnamon. I used to love it when I was a kid. As an adult, I completely do not understand the allure. Weird. |
| I thought about this for several minutes and I couldn't think of one. I like, or can tolerate, everything mentioned in this thread. |
| Fenugreek. Blargh |
| Not a big fan of fennel, but it doesn't bother me in small doses. Five spice powder has a strange flavor to me. LOVE cilantro. |
| Black pepper. I love all kinds of foods and flavors, but hate black pepper. The one spice restaurants love to douse dishes with as the finishing touch. |
