Do you eat seasonally?

Just curious - are you overweight?

NP. These are good meals. Fat is not the enemy as long as portions are under control. Do you eat skinless chicken cooked in Pam every day?

+1---I'm the poster who posted those recipes. What I try to do is pair the fat/sugar with the lower calorie "base food"---e.g., brussel sprouts don't have many calories---so can afford to add some maple/balsamic glaze. Same with the squash. The pork, on the other hand, just gets flavoring that has no calories---garlic/rosemary---because it is already a calorie dense food. And we only have dessert about twice a week and usually then it is something like 2 meringue cookies (my kids love the ones from Trader Joe's) and those are fairly low cal.

And we have seltzer water to drink.

I don't buy strawberries, blueberries etc, cherries and asparagus out of season and don't eat tomatoes other then cherry when the farmers markets stop selling them. I'm particular about how those taste. I also don't eat oranges in the summer but love all citrus in winter.

+1, I do not buy watermelon in the winter and I do not buy Brussel sprouts in the summer. I like the change of seasons and the meals that go with it.
