Remember, you lose muscle mass as you age. This is why people can be roughly the same weight they were in their youth, but still look flabby.

That being said, it's cruel for your DH to say that he is "disgusted" by your appearance. Your weight is not unreasonable for your age and height.

It sounds like he is very fit, maybe goes to the gym and sees all the super fit women there. Can you try going to the gym with him? You may just need to lift and do cardio, which will be good for your health and appearance. Just a thought.
